At Bee LLM we take your data seriously. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the website or subscribe to the service, what we use it for and what rights you have over it, all in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish law.
We only collect the data we need to provide the service.
Beyond providing the service, we process usage data and query results in order to maintain the tool, debug errors, measure performance and improve it, as well as to produce reports, statistics and industry studies. Those reports and studies are always published in aggregated or anonymised form: they do not identify your account, your brand or your specific queries unless you give us express written permission. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the product and in publishing aggregated industry data. You can object to this processing by writing to hola@beellm.ai, with no effect on the service you receive.
We keep your data while you have an active account and, once you cancel it, for the legal periods that require us to retain certain information, such as tax records. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form according to the measurement provider's retention periods. After those periods, we delete or anonymise it.
We do not sell your data. In order to provide the service we work with providers that act as data processors and only access the information they need, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, payment gateway providers, email delivery providers and web analytics providers.
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, we make sure that the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR are in place, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. For the service to work, the questions you monitor are sent to third-party AI engines, which process them under their own terms.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, as well as withdraw any consent you have given us. To do so, write to us at marketing@beellm.ai stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
If you connect your Google account to enable the AI Traffic section, Bee LLM requests read-only access to Google Analytics (analytics.readonly scope) and your email address. We use that access solely to read the reports of the GA4 property you link to each project (sessions by source, landing pages and channels) and show those metrics inside your dashboard. We never modify anything in your Google Analytics account.
We do not sell this data, use it for advertising or share it with third parties; we only keep a temporary copy of the reports (a cache of a few hours) to avoid querying the API on every visit, together with an encrypted access token. You can disconnect your account at any time from Settings or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; when you do, we delete the token and the associated cache.
Bee LLM’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The use of cookies is detailed in our cookie policy, where you can see which ones we use and manage your consent.
