These terms govern the subscription to and use of Bee LLM, the brand visibility monitoring service for artificial intelligence engines offered by Blue SEO Solutions SL, with Tax ID (NIF) B75272328 and registered address at Consell de Cent 122, Barcelona. By signing up and subscribing to the service you accept these terms, so it is worth reading them before you start.
Bee LLM periodically monitors whether different AI engines, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Claude, DeepSeek, Qwen and Copilot, mention your brand when answering questions in your industry, and shows you that information in a dashboard along with competitor analysis, sentiment, cited sources, email alerts and reports. The specific scope, such as the number of monitored prompts, is the one stated in the plan you subscribe to.
To use the service you must create an account with accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity carried out from your account. If you detect any unauthorised use, let us know as soon as possible at marketing@beellm.ai.
We offer a free plan and several paid plans. The prices and features of each plan are those published on our pricing page in force at the time of purchase, with VAT added on top. We also offer custom quotes for multiple brands or agencies, which are agreed separately.
Payment is made monthly and in advance through the payment gateway. The prices shown are understood to be exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and VAT or other applicable taxes will be added in accordance with current legislation.
The plan has no minimum commitment and renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You can cancel whenever you want from your account or by writing to us, and you will stop paying from the next billing cycle, keeping access until the end of the period already paid for. Unless the applicable consumer legislation says otherwise, amounts for the current period are not refunded.
The Free plan is offered at no cost and with no commitment on either side. We may change its limits, suspend it or withdraw it at any time, and cancel free accounts that are inactive, duplicated or in breach of these terms, giving reasonable notice by email whenever possible. When a free account is cancelled we will delete the associated data, so export it from the dashboard beforehand if you want to keep it. This does not affect paid plans, which are governed by the previous section and by consumer law where applicable.
If you subscribe as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within the legally established period. As this is a digital service, if you request that provision begin during that period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with consumer legislation.
If the service does not work as described for a reason attributable to us, write to hola@beellm.ai explaining the problem, with the dates and details needed to verify it. We will review each case and, if the issue is real and we have not been able to resolve it within a reasonable time, we may refund all or part of the affected period. No refund will apply where the request does not state a specific, verifiable cause, where the service was delivered correctly even if the results do not match expectations, where the issue is caused by matters outside our control (for example changes, limits or outages of the third-party AI engines we monitor), or where we detect abusive or fraudulent use of the service or of the refund process itself. None of this limits the rights that consumer law grants to those contracting as consumers.
You agree to use the service in accordance with the law and not to use it for fraudulent purposes, nor to attempt to access other people's accounts, alter the platform or overload it. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.
The information Bee LLM provides depends on the responses of third-party AI engines, which change over time and are beyond our control, so we do not guarantee that your brand will appear, remain or improve its visibility in them. The service is provided with reasonable availability, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or technical reasons. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages or for the loss of business opportunities arising from the use of the service.
We may update these terms to adapt them to legal or service changes. We will notify you of relevant changes and, if you continue using the service after they take effect, you will be deemed to accept them.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and to the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including the European online dispute resolution platform. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
