Claude is the assistant professionals reach for when they sit down to do real work. If you sell to businesses, to firms or to the academic world, more is probably riding on this engine than on any other.

Claude does not win on user numbers, it wins on who those users are. Its audience skews enormously towards professional and university profiles, exactly the kind of person who signs off large purchases or recommends suppliers inside a company.
It is also the assistant where people write most and talk longest: longer messages and more back and forth per session than anywhere else. That means more reasoned answers, with more room to name several brands and compare them, rather than dropping one name and stopping.
If your name is in that answer, you get the customer. If it is not, you never find out: there is no list of results to check your position in and usually no click either, so nothing shows up in your website statistics.
Similarweb compared which websites each assistant's audience visits against a normal Google search user. Claude's profile looks like nobody else's.
One more figure worth holding onto: between June 2025 and May 2026, Claude grew its active users faster than any other assistant in the Western market, and did it while spending far less on advertising than its rivals. This is not a declining niche engine, it is the one climbing fastest.

This is the finding that changes strategy most on Claude, and it comes from a study of 215 commercial recommendation prompts comparing Claude with ChatGPT.
When Claude recommends a brand, between 43% and 52% of the time it does so from what it had already learned, not from what it has just looked up. On ChatGPT that happens only 8% to 29% of the time. Put another way: on Claude what is generally said about you weighs far more, and the page you published yesterday far less. This is worked with reputation and time, not with a quick trick.
The same study leaves another warning: Claude and ChatGPT agree on which brand to recommend considerably less than people assume. You cannot infer how you are doing on one by looking at the other, they have to be measured separately.

We ask your 10 questions to Claude continuously and store every answer whole: whether it names you, where, in what tone, next to which competitors, which pages it read to build the answer and what it searched for first. You read the month, not the day.
The full method, with the research behind why it is measured this way and what can actually be changed, is in how we measure whether an AI names your brand. And there is nothing to install on your site.
Because these engines do not answer the same thing twice: only three to five out of every ten pages they use repeat from one query to the next. A single answer tells you almost nothing; how many days out of thirty you came up does. It is set out with the data in how we measure.
Yes. The free plan asks your questions to ChatGPT every day at no cost and with no card, so you can see how it works. The other engines come with the paid plans.
The Agency plan, the one covering all nine engines. It is the most expensive of the nine to query, which is why it sits in the top plan.
Yes when the question calls for it. We query it with search active, which is how somebody comparing suppliers would use it, and we store the pages it consults as well.
We ask your questions to Claude and the other assistants and keep the history, so you can see how many days you came up and who came up instead of you. Free plan, no card needed. Full detail on the pricing page.
